39 Walnut offers amenities inside and out that will have your family returning year after year.  We love this house because you have tons of privacy and the patio area outside offers outdoor furniture, a gas grill, a comfy, cozy hammock, and best of all, a glorious, completely enclosed outside shower with hot and cold water.  Take a nice warm outdoor shower after a fun-filled day at the beach and then enjoy the gas grill and outdoor furniture for the perfect summer BBQ!

39 Walnut offers 3 bedrooms on the first floor and can comfortably accommodate 8 guests with the queen-sized sleep sofa upstairs.  All 3 bedrooms offer air conditioning as well as the entire 2nd floor!  Bring on the warm weather with peace of mind you will sleep like a baby in the air-conditioned bedrooms.  Also provided are linens and towels for all of your guests so no need to pack any extras!  The open layout upstairs is bright and has everything you need for the perfect week at the beach.  The large dining room table can comfortably seat your entire family for delicious meals on vacation.  Feel free to spread out too with the enclosed porch that can seat an additional 4 people.  Relax on the front porch with a fresh drink and soak up every minute of your summer vacation in Maine.
